Type 1: Survey

Type 2: multiple choice quiz

2. Fill in name: internal work name

3. Select type: survey

4. Visible after: if you open a file card, after how much seconds needs the survey to popup?

5. Question

6. Feedback: text after answering the question

7. Add rank (max 5):

   1. add image

8. Save

9. Go to digital label or interactive map to link the survey to a specific file card

Multiple choice quiz

1. Add item

2. Fill in name: internal work name

3. Select type: mutiple choice quiz

4. Visible after: if you open a file card, after how much seconds needs the survey to popup?

5. Question

6. Feedback: text after answering the question

7. Add answer

   1. Text input field

   2. Checkbox if answer is correct yes or no

8. Save

9. Go to digital label or interactive map to link the survey to a specific file card
