Videocall

1-on-1 conversation

 

In order to start a 1-on-1 conversation, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the menu item ‘users’

  2. Click on the name of the visitor who is present

  3. Click the blue button ‘Start video call’

  4. You will get a pop-up announcing that your call is being set up

  5. You can stop the call by pressing ‘cancel’, or you can wait for the visitor to accept the call

  6. If your visitor has accepted the call, you will now see your visitor on screen and you can hear your visitor

  7. You are now in conversation in the lobby

Group conversation

 

In order to start a group conversation (up to a maximum of 10 visitors + yourself), proceed as follows:

  1. Open the menu item ‘users’

  2. Click the button ‘select users’. This button is located at the title ‘lobby guests’

  3. You can select a maximum of 10 visitors

  4. Click the blue button ‘Start video call’

  5. You will get a pop-up announcing that your call is starting

  6. You can stop the call by pressing ‘cancel’, or you can wait for the visitors to accept the call

  7. If your visitors have accepted the call, you will see them appear on the right of the screen

  8. You are now in a group conversation in the lobby

Remark: if someone does not accept the call, they will not appear in the group conversation. For further steps, see from lobby to showroom

Open your video screen full screen

Use this button to set your video call full screen:

Add someone to a conversation

  1. Open the menu item ‘users’

  2. Click on the name of the visitor if you would like to add 1 visitor; click on ‘select users’ if you would like to add more

  3. Click the blue button ‘Add and Invite Guest’

  4. You will get a pop-up announcing that your call is starting

  5. You can stop the call by pressing ‘cancel’, or you can wait for the visitors to accept the call

  6. If your visitors have accepted the call, you will see them added to your conversation

  7. You are now in a group conversation in the lobby

Remark: if someone does not accept the call, they will not appear in the group conversation.

Remove someone from a conversation

You can remove someone from the group conversation as a sales manager:

  1. Click on the cross in the top right-hand corner of the camera image of your visitor

  2. Confirm your action with the ‘remove’ button

End a conversation

You can end a conversation as a sales manager

  1. Click on the red 'Leave call' button

  2. Confirm your action with the blue ‘Leave call’ button

 

Allow visitor interaction

 

  1. As sales representative: Go to the control panel

  2. Set ‘allow visitr interaction’ true (only available in full control panel)

When you are in a call, it’s possible to allow interaction for your visitors. That could be helpfull when they need to explore something by themself, or answering some questions….

Visitors in your call gets a warning that they have the possibility to interact again.

When sales decide to take over the control again, the showroom refreshes for all the visitors so they are synced again with the sales representative.

Missed calls

While you are in a conversation, you can be called as a sales manager by a visitor. You will receive a notification in this regard, which is available under the menu item ‘notifications’.

Remark: A visitor who calls while you are already on a call will not automatically be added to this call.
