- 2.1 Managing the active scenario
You can take your visitors to a showroom as a sales manager. You can continue your conversation in a private environment, combined with an appropriate scenario, in this showroom.
For more info, view the page structuur
From lobby to showroom
Start a conversation with 1 or a maximum of 3 visitors. You are talking to your visitor in the lobby now.
In the window on the right-hand side, where you can see the camera images, you have the button ‘invite to showroom’ underneath
Choose the scenario and the language of the scenario you would like to give to your visitor in the pop-up window that appears below
Press ‘grant access'
You are in the showroom with your visitors now. You will see the content of the chosen scenario, and in the desired language, on the walls
You now have full control over the showroom as a sales manager. Your visitors will all see the same thing on their screens; they cannot interact in the showroom themselves!
Control panel
Managing the active scenario
You can manage the active scenario in your showroom as a sales manager. This does not affect the lobby, as you are in the showroom:
Open the control panel
An overview of all available key points will be displayed
The currently active key point will be highlighted
For your information: a key point determines the content of the walls in your showroom
Changing of a key point
There are two options to changing a key point:
Use the previous/next button. The next or the previous key point is activated
Enter the desired key point number in the provided field and click ‘go’. Your scenario will immediately jump to the entered key point
Pausing a key point
A key point is assigned a ‘duration’. When the time has passed, the key point will automatically switch to the next key point.
If you would like to avoid this, you can pause the key point. This stops the countdown clock of the key point and will no longer automatically switch to the next key point. In order to reactivate the clock, press play.
Remark: you cannot see how long a key point will remain active at the moment
Tip: the ‘duration’ is often set to the maximum (23h) to prevent a key point from unexpectedly switching to the next key point
Reset flow
You can start again at key point 1 by using the ‘reset flow’ button
Refresh room
You can perform a refresh of the active key point via the button 'refresh room'
Change scenario
You do not have to return to the lobby with your visitors during your visit in the showroom if you would like to change your scenario.
Go to the control panel
Click the button ‘change scenario’
Choose the scenario and the language of the scenario you would like to give to your visitor in the pop-up window that appears below
Tip: switching the scenario in your showroom takes longer than switching the key point. So, when creating scenarios, keep in mind that all the content, which should be available in your conversation, should rather be available in the same scenario. As mentioned earlier, you can only show the desired key points to your visitor via the ‘go to key point’ function.
End presentation
You can stop your visit to the showroom via the 'end presentation' button. You will return with your visitor(s) to the lobby. You therefore remain in a conversation as long as you do not end this conversation.
