Kom in contact met een sales vertegenwoordiger
Xperify biedt u de mogelijkheid om een gesprek te starten tussen u als bezoeker en een aanwezige sales vertegenwoordiger.
Sales vertegenwoordiger zelf opbellen
Log in als bezoeker op Xperify
Klik bovenaan rechts op het menu icoon ‘Virtual hosts’
Indien een sales vertegenwoordiger aanwezig is in de lobby kan je klikken op deze persoon
Klik op de blauwe knop ‘Start video call’
U krijgt een popup te zien voor de bevestiging van uw call
Klik op cancel als u de oproep wil beëindigen of indien u geen respons krijgt

Opgebeld worden door een sales vertegenwoordiger
In plaats van zelf een sales vertegenwoordiger op te bellen kan u ook zelf opgebeld worden wanneer u aanwezig bent in de lobby.
Log in als bezoeker op Xperify
Wanneer u gebeld wordt krijgt u een popup venster te zien
Accepteer de video call

Eerste keer
Indien het de eerste keer is dat u de videocall functionaliteiten van Xperify op uw browser gebruikt, zal uw browser de toestemming vragen om uw camera en microfoon te gebruiken. Sta beide toe om de call succesvol te starten.
Showroom bezoek
Nadat een call succesvol is opgestart bevinden jullie zich nog steeds in de lobby. De sales vertegenwoordiger kan nu beslissen om u mee te nemen naar de showroom waarbij u geen controle meer heeft over de navigatie. U bevindt zich nu in een privé omgeving.
Bezoek in de showroom beëindigen
Enkel de sales vertegenwoordiger kan het showroom bezoek beëindigen en u terug meenemen naar de lobby.

Get in touch with a sales representative
Xperify offers you the opportunity to start a conversation between you, as a visitor, and an attending sales representative.
Call a sales representative yourself
Log in as a visitor on Xperify
Click at the top right on the menu icon ‘Virtual hosts’
If a sales representative is present in the lobby, you can click on this person
Click the blue button ‘Start video call’
You will see a pop-up, confirming your call
Click on cancel if you would like to end the call, or if you do not get a response

Getting called by a Sales Representative
Instead of calling a sales representative yourself, you can also be called when you are present in the lobby.
Log in as a visitor on Xperify
You will see a pop-up window when you receive a call
Accept the video call

First time
If it is the first time that you use the video call functionality of Xperify on your browser, your browser will ask for permission to use your camera and microphone. Allow both to start the call successfully.
Showroom visit
After a call has been successfully initiated, you will still be in the lobby. The sales representative can now decide to take you to the showroom where you no longer have control over the navigation. You are now in a private environment.
End showroom visit
Only the sales representative can end the showroom visit and take you back to the lobby.
End call
You can decide to end the call at any time via the ‘leave call’ button. After confirming the pop-up, you will go back to the lobby, or stay in the lobby without talking to a sales representative.
