Use the scheduler to plan your experience. Determine when the showroom can start up and close, in which scenario. Or plan when your visit will come so that your experience is given a different scenario in timeWithin the DMS we introduce our powerful “Scheduler system”, a strategic asset for organizations that want to take their interactive experiences to the next level. This intelligent system allows you to take full control of your Experience Center by scheduling specific actions, such as startup and shutdown, according to a precisely defined schedule.

This function is only available for clients with a hybridbox.

Weekday schedule

It offers the option to set a standard schedule per weekday. With a time of your choosing to start up and shut down. The energy mode even ensures that, regardless of whether the experience starts, it always closes at the set time.

  1. Click on the tab ‘scheduler’ 

  2. Click on the toggle ‘default start and shut down time for exhibit’

    1. Choose a start time

    2. Choose a shut down time

    3. Determine for which days this applies.

    4. Determine which scenario should be active in these times

  3. Click save

Custom timeslot

But we understand that there are always exceptions to the rule. That's why we allow you to add custom time blocks that override the default schedule at any time. This means that during special events or nocturnes you can be flexible and adapt your Experience Center to the unique needs of each day.

  1. Click on the green button ‘add custom timeslot’

  2. Fill in start date and time

  3. Fill in end date and time

  4. Exhibit is default on

  5. Choose active scenario for this timeslot

  6. Click save

When your timeslot is over, the exhibit will behave like the default timeslot

What if you

...

  1. Click on the green button ‘add custom timeslot’

  2. Toggle exhibit to off

  3. Click save

When your timeslot is over, the exhibit will behave like the default timeslot

What if you don’t want to start up your exhibit at all?

  1. Toggle the day(s) off where you don’t want to start up the exhibit

  2. Click save

When you add a custom timeslot on a day where in default sitaution the status is ‘off’, the custom timeslot will be activated.
