Table of Contents

General

When all modules and applications have been created, you can combine them into a scenario. A scenario defines the content in a physical space, or in the virtual boxes.

General functionalities

  • Delete a scenario: The entire scenario is deleted

  • Duplicate a scenario: the entire scenario, including all its contents, is duplicated

  • Cancel a scenario: all changes that were made before saving can be cancelled via the cancel button

Basic

...

The following settings can be set:

  • Name: internal work name

  • Scenario theme: here you can determine according to which standard theme your scenario should start. For more information about themes, click here.

  • Active scenario: if this button is on, your scenario is active in a physical showroom.

  • Is available in Xperify: if this button is on and if you change the default scenario to this active scenario for your specific virtual exhibit, this scenario will be active in your virtual lobby. The content creator can now also preview this scenario

  • Is active in Xperify: this scenario is now also available for the sales representative to show in a showroom

  • The available languages: you can decide which languages are allowed to be active

Keypoints

...

Scenarios consist of a minimum of 1 key point. For more information about key points, click here.

...

Key points can be put on ‘non-active’. They are then not available in the frontend.

General

  • Name: internal work name

  • Key point description: short description of the content of the key point

  • Duration: you can give a key point a duration; this determines how long a key point can be active and when it can automatically switch to the next key point. If you do not want this to happen automatically, activate the ‘hold’ button.
Remark: the first key point of your scenario should not have a ‘hold’ action active
Remark: the key points are set to 1 second by default; this is best adjusted if you want to see a realistic result.
Tip: if no automatic transition is to take place, set the duration to the maximum, which is 23:59:59

  • Fade in/out: this only applies to controlled lighting
