How It Works:

Click on 'Add Item.'
Choose the type 'Multiple Choice Quiz.'
Utilize the text editor to input your question.
Provide feedback text for enhanced user interaction.
Take advantage of the text editor for customization.
Add up to a maximum of 5 answers.
Clearly define whether each answer is correct or incorrect.
