Basic functions

Xperify unlocks the power of content management with its CMS system, which is built according to a tree structure.
Within this system you will find standard templates, also called modules, that serve as the perfect canvas for your content. These modules are displayed in a visually appealing way, allowing you to convey your message effortlessly.

But what really makes Xperify special is the ability to combine modules. Imagine that you combine a screen saver module with an interactive map module, we call this an application. These applications are then seamlessly assigned to specific devices, with each device playing a role in the bigger picture.

All these devices work together to create an immersive scenario. A scenario is like a story that comes to life, composed of a collection of applications and modules.

Each project within Xperify has 5 basic languages: Dutch, French, German and English. You are flexible in determining which language gets priority for you in the front end and you have the freedom to make languages active or inactive per scenario. This means that you can prepare and add your content to the CMS and only later place it visible in the frontend. We also offer the unlimited ability to add languages to your project, making your content accessible to a global audience

Modules

Modules are the building blocks of the system. The content is entered here. By using the predefined templates, this content is visualized in a certain way.

For more information about modules, click here.

Applications

Each wall, floor and ceiling of the lobby or showroom is defined by an application per key point. An application is responsible for the combination of 1 or more modules and the navigation between them.

For more information about applications, click here.

Scenario

A scenario contains a certain layering, consisting of keypoints. A keypoint contains various applications. Each device is 1 application. 1 or more modules are added within 1 application, which visualizes the added content according to specific templates.

Tip: Keypoints are the different chapters in your scenario.

Tip: The best result is achieved if you limit yourself to 1 module per application.

To organise your content, you can add folders in the different modules, application menu and scenario menu.
