De lobby is een publieke virtuele ruimte waarin vrij genavigeerd kan worden.

Mogelijke acties:

1. Klik en beweeg uw cursor om de lobby te draaien

2. Klik rechtstreeks op een bepaalde wand

3. Klik op de zoom in en uit knop om in of uit te zoomen op een wand

4. Klik op de wand zelf op de aanklikbare zones, afhankelijk welke applicatie voor u beschikbaar is gesteld

Uw klikgedrag heeft geen invloed op de view voor de bezoeker. In de lobby werkt de navigatie voor ieder individu apart.

Control panel

Als sales vertegenwoordiger kan je in de lobby via het control panel veranderen van keypoint.

OPGELET: indien je in de lobby het keypoint wijzigt, zal dit voor ALLE bezoekers ook wijzigen.

Controleren van het actieve scenario

Als sales kan u in uw showroom het actieve scenario controleren:

1. Open het control panel

   1. U ziet een overzicht van alle beschikbare keypoints

   2. Het huidige actieve keypoint wordt geaccentueerd

Veranderen van keypoint

Er zijn twee opties om te veranderen van keypoint:

1. Gebruik de vorige/volgende knop. Het eerstvolgende of het vorige keypoint wordt geactiveerd

2. Vul het gewenste keypoint nummer in in het voorziene veld en klik op ‘go’. Uw scenario verspringt onmiddellijk naar het ingegeven keypoint

OPGELET: indien je in de lobby het keypoint wijzigt, zal dit voor ALLE bezoekers ook wijzigen.

Een keypoint pauzeren

Een keypoint krijgt een ‘duration’ mee. Indien de tijd voorbij is gaat het keypoint automatisch over naar het volgende keypoint.

Indien u dit wil vermijden kan u het keypoint pauseren. Daardoor stopt de aftelklok van het keypoint en zal deze niet meer automatisch overgaan naar het volgende keypoint. Om de klok terug te activeren drukt u op play.

Opmerking: u kan op vandaag niet zien hoelang een keypoint nog actief blijft

Tip: vaak wordt de ‘duration’ op het maximale (23h) geplaatst om te voorkomen dat een keypoint onverwachts overgaan naar een volgend keypoint

Reset flow

Via de knop ‘reset flow’ start u opnieuw bij keypoint 1

OPGELET: indien je in de lobby het keypoint wijzigt, zal dit voor ALLE bezoekers ook wijzigen.

Refresh room

Via de knop ‘refresh room’ zal u een refresh uitvoeren op het actieve keypointThe lobby is a public virtual space in which you can navigate freely. Possible actions:

1. Click and move your cursor to rotate the lobby

2. Click directly on a specific wall

3. Click the zoom in and out button to zoom in or out on a wall

4. Click on the clickable zones on the wall itself, depending on which application has been made available to you

Your click behaviour will have no influence on the view for the visitor. The navigation works for each individual separately in the lobby.

Control panel

You can change the key point in the lobby via the control panel as a sales representative. ATTENTION: if you change the key point in the lobby, this will also change for ALL visitors.

Managing the active scenario

You can manage the active scenario in your showroom as a sales manager:

1. Open the control panel

   1. An overview of all available key points will be displayed

   2. The currently active key point will be highlighted

Changing of a key point

There are two options to changing a key point:

1. Use the previous/next button. The next or the previous key point is activated

2. Enter the desired key point number in the provided field and click ‘go’. Your scenario will immediately jump to the entered key point

Attention: if you change the key point in the lobby, this will also change for ALL visitors.

Pausing a key point

A key point is assigned a ‘duration’. When the time has passed, the key point will automatically switch to the next key point.

If you would like to avoid this, you can pause the key point. This stops the countdown clock of the key point and will no longer automatically switch to the next key point. In order to reactivate the clock, press play.

Remark: you cannot see how long a key point will remain active at the moment

Tip: the ‘duration’ is often set to the maximum (23h) to prevent a key point from unexpectedly switching to the next key point

Reset flow

You can start again at key point 1 by using the ‘reset flow’ button

Attention: if you change the key point in the lobby, this will also change for ALL visitors.

Refresh room

You can perform a refresh of the active key point via the button 'refresh room'
