  1. Click on the xperify link (ex. xperify.app/xperify)
  2. Fill in the registration information and click on 'Enter the showroom'
  3. You are now in the public lobby


Extra:


Click on 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Privacy Policy' to open the relevant documents. Click on 'Learn more'; you will be redirected to the website of the company or organization.

The lobby is a public virtual space in which you can navigate freely. Possible actions:

  1. Click and move your cursor to rotate the lobby
  2. Click directly on a specific wall
  3. Click the zoom in and out button to zoom in or out on a wall
  4. Click on the clickable zones on the wall itself, depending on which application has been made available to you

  1. Open the menu below your account
  2. Click on account settings
  3. A pop-up will appear
  4. You can amend or supplement your information
  5. Click on save to save your changes
  6. Click cancel to return without any changes

Get in touch with a sales representative


Xperify offers you the opportunity to start a conversation between you, as a visitor, and an attending sales representative.

Call a sales representative yourself


  1. Log in as a visitor on Xperify
  2. Click at the top right on the menu icon 'Virtual hosts'
  3. If a sales representative is present in the lobby, you can click on this person
  4. Click the blue button 'Start video call'
  5. You will see a pop-up, confirming your call
  6. Click on cancel if you would like to end the call, or if you do not get a response

Getting called by a Sales Representative


Instead of calling a sales representative yourself, you can also be called when you are present in the lobby.

  1. Log in as a visitor on Xperify
  2. You will see a pop-up window when you receive a call
  3. Accept the video call

First time
If it is the first time that you use the video call functionality of Xperify on your browser, your browser will ask for permission to use your camera and microphone. Allow both to start the call successfully.

Showroom visit


After a call has been successfully initiated, you will still be in the lobby. The sales representative can now decide to take you to the showroom where you no longer have control over the navigation. You are now in a private environment.

End showroom visit


Only the sales representative can end the showroom visit and take you back to the lobby.

End call


You can decide to end the call at any time via the 'leave call' button. After confirming the pop-up, you will go back to the lobby, or stay in the lobby without talking to a sales representative.
